In the event of cancellation, deposits paid will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, and the entire deposit will be retained by the owner.
In the event of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the full balance will be claimed by the owner, who then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately.
If the Tenant has not notified the owner of any delay in payment of the balance, the owner may, in its sole discretion, attempt to re-let the accommodation, while retaining the deposit and the right to take legal action against the Tenant.
If the Tenant withdraws from the rental agreement less than 14 days before moving in, he/she remains liable for the full rent.
In the event of cancellation of the rental contract by the owner, he must reimburse the deposit and the balance (if this has been paid).
