The space

The house is composed as follows:
On the ground floor a spacious main room (50m²) including a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the first floor, 3 comfortable bedrooms:
one bedroom with double bed (160x200)
two bedrooms with double beds (140x200).
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
A second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Enjoy a 500m² enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor activities, meals or simply soaking up the sun and fresh air in a private, secure setting.

The neighborhood

Barneville-Carteret is a French town on the coast des Isles in the Manche département in the Normandy region, with a population of 2,239 in the low season and 8,500 in the summer.
Barneville-Carteret is a tourist resort 40 km from the D-Day landing beaches.
Now a seaside resort, classified as a nature reserve, flying the Blue Flag and awarded the Family Plus label, Barneville plage is located on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula.
Here you can enjoy a wide range of sports: sailing school, sea rowing, surfing lessons, sea sports, boat/jet ski hire, fishing, tennis courts, petanque , horse riding, golf (18-hole golf course at Saint Jean and mini golf course at Carteret) and cinema!
