The space

The building is located in the heart of a private courtyard, with all rooms overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is therefore very quiet.
The 25 m2 living room has a lounge and dining area. The furniture is "d'époque". The sofa can accommodate an additional 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You can enjoy your meals around a small table.
The bathroom has a bath/shower.
Please note that the appartement is on the second floor and there is no elevator

The neighborhood

You'll be living in the heart of Paris, in front of the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars.
Nearby, you'll find a Monoprix, a Picard frozen food store, a bakery and an organic store.
The BEAUGRENELLE shopping center, where you'll find everything you need, is 15 minutes away by metro.
