Detailed Description of the House

Ground Floor
The house features a large main room with a spacious living area, a dining room, and a stone fireplace. A small lounge offers a cozy corner for relaxing moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals. Convenient toilets are also located on the ground floor.

First Floor
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x190) and offers a sea view. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and also provides a sea view. The third bedroom is ideal for children, with a single bed (90x190) and bunk beds. A bathroom with a toilet is also located on this floor.

Outside, a garage is available and includes a ping-pong table for everyone's enjoyment. The garden is pleasant for relaxation, and an outdoor dining area offers a space to enjoy meals in the open air.

Barneville-Carteret is a tourist resort 40 km from the D-Day landing beaches.
Now a seaside resort, classified as a nature reserve, flying the Blue Flag and awarded the Family Plus label, Barneville plage is located on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula.
